クリーミー系のスープにうずらが乗っているタイプ。豆乳鍋を食べている気分
資本系ラーメンは横浜家系を名乗ってはいけない。
全くの別物です
米が柔らかめなのも意味不明。硬めに炊くのが乙なのである。
よくこんな味で潰れないな

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子ども椅子、テーブル席完備なので、小さい子どもと食べれるのは嬉しいです。家系はカウンターのみの店も多いので。店員さんも気さくで優しい。
ラーメンは臭みが全然なく食べやすい。評価が分かれてるのは、臭みのある家系が苦手な人には食べやすく、臭くてドロドロのが好きな人にはイマイチなのかも？
私は好きです。近くに行くときはまた食べに行きます。
There are children's chairs and table seats, so it's nice to be able to eat with small children. Many of the families have only counters. The clerk is also friendly and kind.
Ramen has no odor and is easy to eat. The evaluation is divided, it may be easy to eat for people who are not good at odorous families, and not good for people who like odorous and muddy.

先客3名注文済み、当方3名だったのでそんな時間がかかるとは思いませんでした、次に行く事は無いです。
I ate soy sauce ramen, it was delicious, but it's a shame that it takes more than 20 minutes from ordering to donburi.
I had already ordered 3 customers, and I didn't think it would take such a long time because there were 3 of us, so I will never go next.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今まで食べた家系のお店の中で一番好きです。臭みエグみが全く無いのに、豚骨の良いところはしっかり残っていて薄く感じないし物足りなくないです。
I like it the most among the family restaurants I have ever eaten. Even though there is no odor and harshness, the good points of the pork bones remain firmly and it does not feel thin and unsatisfactory.

スープがまろやかでとても美味しいです。
次は味噌とんこつを食べてみたいです。
I topped the salted tonkotsu ramen with white onions.
The soup is mellow and very delicious.
Next time I would like to eat miso tonkotsu.
