★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家を借りる時は丁寧にお部屋を探してくださり、いい物件が見つかりました。ただ部屋探しの際に前の住居者の退去金の未納に対し文句を言っていたり、住んでからも質問したことに対しての返答の連絡が遅かったり、退去後の敷金返金の問い合わせ電話ををしたところ、折り返しの電話番号も部屋番号も聞かず確認します。失礼します。と速攻電話を切られ態度がすごく悪く残念でした。
このクチコミも、家の契約をした時に目の前で書いてと言われ確認していたので悪く書けないから評価が良いのかなと思いました。

Aという担当と話をしていたが、物件を早く契約させる為の方便がよく聞く不動産屋の悪い手口そのもので不信感。
また、その後気になった物件で見積りを再三送るよう頼んだが、対応が遅い。
再度改めて頼んだところ、別の新人(？)から見積りが届く。しかもその金額が話していた内容と違い、相当高くなっており、うんざりした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first contract with japanese real estate. I do not recommend this one especially you are not japanese. They forgot to give me a partial of my contract, they didn't realize that until 3 months passed since I moved in. I asked for it and the person in charge said sorry but I could feel that he actually didn't think this is a big deal. I never felt that I was treated with the courtesy by the staff. I regret to choose this real estate company.
