中	中本聡 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先週内見の予約をさせていただきました。いただけた時間が休日の早い時間でしたので、内見の前日に今住んでいる大阪から東京へ移動いたしました。念のため、前日夜7時に東京のホテルに着いてから担当者の方にお電話したところ『お電話しようと思ってたんですよー、明日の物件無理になっちゃって、失礼します。』と切電されました。営業マン個人のレベル感は勿論最低ですが、クライアントに不愉快な思いをさせたい営業マンはそもそも存在しないと思います。恐らく、支店/会社規模で人手不足や管理環境の低下、オーバタスクが発生しているのだと感じます。今回私は夫婦の往復の新幹線代や、ホテルの宿泊費等の10万円程度の被害で済みましたが、今回の対応やその背景に鑑みると、住居の仲介という生活に占める割合のとても大きな部分に関わることですので、個人情報の流出や、契約上の重要事項説明不備など、いつかクライアントへもっと大きな被害を被せても不思議はないと感じました。今回の利用/契約前に、そういう状態の不動産仲介店であることに気付けてよかったと感じました。 I made a reservation for a preview last week.
