★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally got to eat a fluffy pancake! We arrived at around 4 pm so the wait was only around 15-20 minutes. We ordered the Peach and Rose Hip pancakes which were seasonal and I super highly recommend them. Just such an incredible flavor. The actual pancake tasted way too eggy at first and we were put off. But each bite got better especially when mixed with the fresh peaches and rose syrup. I love that they allow you to split one order (many other famous fluffy pancake places don’t..) and it was perfect amount for two people. Felt super satisfied afterwards and not at all too full

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ambience of the store is really nice. They would provide English menu if you ask; however, the Japanese menu has the pictures which helped a lot. The pancakes tasted really good. I especially like the whole-wheat pancakes (combined with bacon, scrambled eggs, veggies, and tomato). You'll get your money's worth. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to eat here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went around 10:30am on a Saturday and it wasn't as crowded as we thought. It's on the basement floor, so you'll have to watch out for it on the street level. We had the milk tea pancake and the berry pancake. Both were very light. Had an eggy flavor. The toppings were very delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally the most delicious pancake ever! An absolute must try. This place is on the lower level of a building so you need to go down some stairs to access it. The inside is beautifully decorated and there is an area where you can view the pancakes being made. You need to wait a little while for your pancakes but it is more than worth the wait. You will not be disappointed!

They were fluffy and full of taste, definitely you should take the one with the fresh fruit ?.
The atmosphere in the restaurant is cozy and you can see them making the pancakes live.
I would skip the coffee especially the one with the milk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've never met a souffle pancake I didn't like! After seeing all the glowing reviews on Yelp, Happy Pancake was at the top of our list for brunch while in Osaka! Located right by American town, A Happy Pancake is always packed with customers and has a line out the door. We came here two days in our row because we had different friends that wanted to try it. There is a machine at the front door where you'll pull a number that they'll call when it's your turn to be seated.
There are lots of combos for you to choose from but here is what I'd order on my next visit:
-Wheat pancakes with omelet: Although the wheat pancakes are not my favorite, the omelets here are so dreamy! The Japanese eggs are so unbelievably creamy that they melt in your mouth.
-Original Happy Pancake: A pancake set that comes with honey butter and a caramel syrup. The pancakes are so fluffy that it's like eating a cloud! You definitely need that honey butter and I slathered a bunch of it on my wheat pancake as well!
On my first visit I also tried the fresh fruit Happy Pancake combo and the chocolate banana combo, but found the Original Happy Pancake to be the most satisfying. I think it comes down to the honey butter and caramel syrup. Without those two things your Happy Pancake is more like a Meh Pancake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best Japanese pancake. The pancake was so fluffy and light. What I was surprised is the hojicha Latte. It was super aroma with hojicha flavor and creamy! The staff was polite with a cozy ambiance.
