★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really big inside, plenty of tables. Couches and easy chairs for lounging as well as regular tables and booths.
Great for lunch with friends, study or work, or just relaxing with tea.
Food is salads, hamburgers, it is American style. Casual. Good tea selection. Vinegar soda is really good.

Had a chance to try out the new Japanese lunch set at Brooklyn Parlor, everything on the tray was fresh and tasted great, the finishing touches were a bit off since the salad dressing wasn't distributed uniformly. Other than that the kitchen staff did a great job.
The Root Salad has been revamped slightly with the dressing been served on the side instead of been included when the salad used to be tossed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely on the more expensive side of cafes. They offer bar drinks and coffee, tapas, mains, and desserts. It was a small selection but nonetheless of quality but not entirely value got money - you can get the same quality for less money.
The only unique dessert was the "Angel Food Cake of Hojicha" because I haven't seen it elsewhere but it was good. I could taste the tea flavor and it was what angel food cake should be like - fluffy and moist.
The ambience was cozy and the staff were friendly, professional and could understand a little bit of English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The brownie and French toast were really delicious. I was kinda disappointed with the creme brûlée. It was really watery inside, felt like just eating sweet liquid , and the top layer wasn’t crunchy at all. In terms of the environment, I think it’s quite spacious and the seats are comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stressed out from too many people in shisaibashi? Want to relax after some shopping? This is the place to go, a little hidden gem I the heart of Osaka. With a really relaxing atmosphere you can just open a book a and start to read forgetting of all the chaos of the center. Even better you can order a delicious coffee and a succulent cheesecake to enjoy while reading. If you feeling a bit more hungry you can even order a proper meal here. The staff really good and smiling, the place is really clean and well decorated.
