知人が楽しい大将の寿司屋さんあるけど、行ってみる?もちろん行く行く!ヨドバシカメラさんのすぐ近くの、ビルの1階に店はあります。外から見える大きな水槽には、どちざめ、そい、セイゴなど大将が釣ってきた魚が泳いでいます。カウンター10席ほどと、小上がりの4人座れる席が3つあります。二階もある?みたいです。ビックリしたのは、壁や天井に、名刺が貼られまくってます。料理は大将におまかせ!沖縄もずく、刺し盛り(炙り太刀魚、たこ、ほたて貝、本鮪の赤身、ボタン海老、大葉入りつま)大将が試しに和がらしで1切れ鮪食べてみてよ!ほ〰️そんな事言う寿司屋は初めてです。続いては氷の上に白身魚?見た感じでははぜ?生?大将は今生きてたやつをおろしたから、10分冷して食べてね!ハゼの生はまたしても初めて。生姜醤油で?。松茸、鮭の白子の入ったホイル焼き。茶碗蒸し。特上握り。日本酒は大将のお薦め3種類で、どれもあっさり系の酒飲みが好きそうなチョイス。大将に相当飲みますよねえ?と聞くと、ん〰️毎晩一升かなあ?さすがです。一通り料理を出すと、俺もやっちゃおうかな!奥に行くと、ビールの並缶を笑顔で持ってきて、頂きまーす!それもピッチ早すぎ、30分ほどで5本?。息子さんに聞くと、いつもこんなです!いや〰️楽しい夜になりました?大将ごちそう様でした。余談ですが、大将は歌はもちろんですが、ドラムを叩くそうです?

Cooking is left to the generals! Okinawa Mozuku, sashimi (roasted swordfish, octopus, scallop, red tuna, button shrimp, tsuba with large leaves) try a piece of tuna with a try! This is the first sushi restaurant that says such a thing. Then white fish on ice? What do you see? Raw? The general dropped the guy who was alive now, so let's eat it for 10 minutes! Goby life is the first time again. Ginger soy sauce. Foil baked with matsutake mushroom and salmon milt. Savory egg custard. Special grip. There are three types of sake recommended by the general, all of which seem to like simple drinkers. You drink like a general, right? I wonder if it's one sho every night? As expected. If you serve all the food, I guess I'll do it too! When you go to the back, bring a can of beer with a smile and have it! It was too early, 5 minutes in about 30 minutes. I always ask my son this! Well, it was a fun night. It was a general feast. As an aside, the general seems to hit the drums, not to mention the songs.

ランチのちらし寿司、茶碗蒸しまで付いて大満足です。

私も釣りをするので思いますが、漁とは違い1匹づつ釣り上げた魚の美味さは違いますね。そんな魚を食べれる店は多くはないかと。 ねぎま鍋の出汁も美味かった。お酒の種類もあります。会計は少し高く感じます。

大将の魚話しは聞く価値あり。 水曜日の定休日に釣りに行くので、木曜日は大将が釣った魚が食べられます。

以前から気になっており、念願叶って本日来訪! ランチのにぎり1.5人前を頂きました。 お寿司がやってくると、海苔のいい香り!! しっかりと美味しいお寿司でした! タチウオ(たぶん)も入ってまして、お寿司で食べるのは初めてですが、とっても美味しかったです。 最初に出てくる茶碗蒸しは優しいお出汁の味で、優しく胃を広げてくれます。 締めの方で出てくるお椀は、大きなマグロの身が入り、マグロの旨みがガツンと来る味わいで、その対比もお見事! 大将は釣りがお好きらしく、釣れたドチザメちゃん(3代目)が店頭の水槽でペットとして(!)飼われています。 よく見ると可愛い。 次回は大将とおしゃべりしてみたいです。

The general seems to like fishing, and the caught hound shark (3rd generation) is kept as a pet (!) In the aquarium at the store. If you look closely, it's cute. Next time I would like to chat with the general.

I’m not sure if the sushi chef was having a bad day, but I was met with an instant attitude from him. He wasn’t helpful when I asked questions and the atmosphere was very uncomfortable for he rest of the meal. When the food finally came out, I felt the quality of the food was low for the amount I was paying. Overall, the service was poor and the food could be better. You’d have a better time at conveyor belt sushi.
