普段、スーパーでしか豆腐を買ったことがありませんでしたが、おぼろ豆腐も木綿豆腐もすごく美味しかったです！
特におぼろ豆腐は、味付けなしでも食べれるくらい豆腐自体が美味しくおすすめです。
次は湯葉も購入したいです。

I used to buy tofu only at supermarkets, but both rag tofu and cotton tofu were delicious!
We especially recommend Oboro Tofu because it is delicious enough to be eaten without seasoning.
Next time I want to buy Yuba.

ひとことも尋ねず「これを下さい」だけ言って、支払って退店すれば良いのかもしれない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 京都の蕎麦処で、単品で注文したときの湯葉でして、上品な味でこの近辺で、その豆腐屋さんの名前が半升さんです。職人さん気質が見られこだわりが在りそうです。作られる量が限られているらしく、手続きが必要みたいです。私は無理をお願いして、少し購入できました

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お刺身湯葉は冷やしてそのまま食べれるので京都旅行の際には必ず買ってホテルで美味しく頂いてます。お昼間にはすぐ売り切れてしまうので早めに購入をオススメします。地元以外には塩対応みたいなコメントありますがそんなことはありませんよ。
Sashimi Yuba can be chilled and eaten as it is, so be sure to buy it when you travel to Kyoto and have it delicious at the hotel. It will be sold out soon in the daytime, so we recommend you to purchase it as soon as possible. There are comments other than the locals that seem to support salt, but that is not the case.
