うな丼をランチで頂きました。 香ばしくて甘くないタレがうなぎとご飯に染み込んでてとってもおいしかったです。 うなぎはしっかり歯応えがある焼き方でした。 次はうな重を食べに行きたいです。
I had Unadon for lunch. The savory and unsweetened sauce soaked into the eel and rice was very delicious. The eel was grilled with a firm texture. Next time I want to go eat Unaju.

2018年5月オープン西新宿7丁目。隅々まできちんと掃除されていてとても清潔。テーブル席2人掛け×4席と4人掛け×2席でMAX16席(雰囲気良く団体利用も良さそう)。いかにも職人さんという感じのご主人お1人で切り盛りしていてお客さん上品な方が多めな雰囲気。ご主人はタイミング合えば、鰻の種類は世界中で20種類以上ある事やどれだけこだわってタレを作っているかなど目をキラキラさせてお話ししてくれる気さくな方。女子1人でも安心できるのんびり過ごせる。うなぎは中国産(過剰な油でギトギト胃もたれする)と比べると旨味がしっかりとありタレが絶品!お酒はこだわりの焼酎・日本酒などあり。空気清浄機・二酸化炭素濃度測定器・抗ウイルスコーティングなど感染症対策多数している。 お気に入りメモ 『うな丼』¥1,600(税込) 平日ランチ限定。うなぎと大盛りごはんを、甘過ぎないキレのあるタレがまとめていてしみ具合もちょうど良い。合間に食べるお新香としっかりとした大きな肝が入っている肝吸が大好き。※自粛期間中の平日ランチ限定で現在は終了 次回予定 『鰻重特上』¥4,800(税込)いつもランチで食べているうな丼がとても美味しいので、ご主人一押しのこちらが今から楽しみ!!

鰻重上で3,300円。 注文から提供まで20分ぐらい。 その間は骨せんべいと肝焼きを堪能。 鰻は良く焼きされていますが柔らかな仕上がり。 臭みなく美味い鰻です。 タレは醤油が立った印象の濃いめな味。 寡黙な店主が黙々と焼いてくれる鰻は美味かったです。

平日のランチに伺い、鰻重の上を頂きました。フワフワで臭みもない美味しい鰻を久しぶりに食べた気がします。タレは濃すぎず、ご飯とのバランスも良かったです。お吸物や付け合わせも含めて価格に見合うクオリティだと、個人的には思いました。
I visited for lunch on weekdays and had a top of unajū. I feel like I ate a delicious eel that is fluffy and has no odor for the first time in a while. The sauce was not too thick and the balance with the rice was good. I personally thought that the quality was worth the price, including soup and garnish.

料理→鰻だし巻き丼 値段→1,500円 小滝橋通りと新青梅街道の間のとラーメン翔がある少し分かりづらい場所にあります。 場所が分かりづらいのと、香りがあまりしないからか空いてました。 ひとりでやっているけれどそこまで広い店舗でもないからか、そんなに待たずに着丼。 不思議なのはあまり焼いてる香りなどがしない事。換気システムがすごいのかな。調理法なのかな。 お味は問題なく美味しかったです。 初めての卵とのコラボでしたが、正直別に卵なくても鰻だけでいいなぁと笑 センタービルに500円で鰻丼だべられるお店もあるけど、それとはまた違う味で、お値段以上には感じました。ただ飯だったからかもだけど笑 ご馳走様でした!

Ordered 2 small size eel set and was shocked to be charged $32 each as recommended by the owner after we asked him for unagi recommendation. Since we saw outside signs for $15 unagi set we imagined our cost to be around similar amounts. Since we don’t speak Japanese we could not communicate our dismay over the cost difference. Felt overcharged due to us being non Japanese.
