★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neat place to stay. The decor is different and the style is very home-y. Plenty of space than normal Japanese hotel rooms. Desks lamps and alot of in room amenities and for the cost, it's a great stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modern hotel with less than a 10min walk from Yokohama station. There are overwhelming amount of big shops and restaurants just around the corner. Hotel staff are super friendly and speak good English. Rooms are equipped with all you need, even with humidifier. As you would expect the hotel breakfast is top-notch. However the hotel is a tad pricey. Protip if you're staying at the hotel, there's a beer vending machine in the laundry room!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there for about a wk from 5/12 to 5/18. This is probably the worst hotel that I have stayed in Japan.
When walked into the hotel to check-in, the hotel staff felt somewhat below average... After getting onto 8th floor, getting off the elevator, the corridor smells funny. Don't know how to describe the smell. The room also has similar smell as well. The 2 little gray pillows on the bed, avoid them. Trash weren't taken out completely. Amenities (toothbrush and cotton swabs) weren't replenished accordingly.
Only positive impression I had from this hotel is 1 of the japanese female clerk at the front desk. She has a very bright personality. And greets people properly.
Location earns a plus. Close to Yokohama station, shopping & food area.
Room rate is on the high side.
Overall, I don't recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A typical 3 star hotel with extreme small to mid size rooms. As with every Japanese hotel all amenities are available. The bathroom is not only very small the shower and wash basin is oddly designed. Certainly not suitable for tall people. Prices are moderate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty comfortable hotel. Eventho the room is very small the interior is well designed so that you’ll find everything you need in a modern and comfy style. The restaurant of the hotel is also very stylish and has very good food. With the main train station just around the corner you can travel easily in any direction in no time. Only criticism I might have lies in the detail. The hotel is freshly renovated to about 98%. Meaning everything seems new but some parts like the toilets, the ventilation system and air conditioning are still the old ones. So they might have a little smoky smell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven't finished my weekend with them yet, but it is very nice, although the bathroom could be another 15cm longer between the toilet and the wall. Hard to get my hand back there to wipe. But it does have a bidet.
All in all, a very classy smart looking hotel with professional clerks.

The room is stylish and well-designed.
Laundry corner is provided for clothes washing.
Location is convenient indeed, just few minutes walk from JR exit west. The path to here is easy, no need to cross subway or bridge.
Breakfast is also tasty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel for it's price is pretty good. We stay in the family room and was less then $200 a night. Size of the room was is actually quite big. The hotel is surrounded by many restaurants, actives and a short walk to the stations. The breakfast buffet was just alright, I would recommend trying the lunch or dinner one instead. One of the best part of the hotel it does have coin laundry machines which wash and dry in one machine. I would for sure stay here again.
