★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best burgers I’ve had in Kyoto. The original is good, but the veggie burger is bursting with flavour and even better with avocado added on top! Nice location, wasn’t too crowded even though it’s quite close to several sightseeing spots.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tasty food with slightly unique twists on American flavors. Space is very diner like and a little dark. Service is good. Note: went during lockdown so place was unable to serve alcohol but there is usually a good selection of large brand and Kyoto local brewery beer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lunch time line was well worth the wait. We sat upstairs and we ordered soon after sitting down.
I got the avocado burger which had a whole, ripe avocado in it and it was absolutely delicious! Toasted buns and good quality patty.
I got it as a set, but to be honest the portion of salad was really dismal. The dressing had some hints of blue cheese which pleasantly surprised me. I would probably not get the set again and spend the extra on a proper fries side.
Boyfriend got the Hungry set and again a bit disappointed with the portion size of the fries. But burger was great and there are even instructions on how to reuse the sauce after eating it to put on your fries.
