★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in here out of curiosity to try a Japanese burger chain. This food is not worthy of Japan. Bland, overpriced and unsatisfying. Don't know why anybody would eat here more than once, since any local convenience store in Kyoto has better food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Japanese equivalent of Burger King. And so much better! Decent fries with burgers that were more meaty and tastier than the American fast food equivalent. Instead of sprite, coke and the usual assortment of sodas, you can drink refreshing melon or cherry drinks.
The two meal deals we had came to about £8 - a bargain for fast food that looked like the photos on the menus and tasted even better than they looked.

Both the taste, quality of the food and the hospitality is superb thou.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, if you're looking for little taste reminder of home...stick to McDonald's. Not that this place is bad..just different. The hamburger I had had a texture more similar to meatloaf than what I would expect. Teryaki sauce on my burger..ok not so bad.
I put this on my "been there, done that" list.
The place was clean, bright, and hot. Would have been fine if they left the door open.
Staff was nice and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a simple burger place. All the food is cooked to order and very delicious. The burgers are a little small, but not terribly so.
You should also try the rice burgers if you get a chance. They are burgers where the bun is replaced by a rice cake, it is quite good.
