社長？は障害への知識やノウハウが全くありません。それなのに、さも知ったように偉そうに対応する。自分が間違っている可能性を考えない。
それは、障害のある人へ対応することの責任感がないということです。
人の人生をぶち壊して平気なんです。
ここに行って、取り返しのつかないことになった人を知っています。

あえて、言わせて貰います。
ここも、最悪です。
A型作業所や、就労支援とかは相性だとは、思いますが？
本当に、嫌な思いしかしなかったです。
社長は最初から、胡散臭い人しか思えなかったです。
普通の企業だったら、パワハラだと思う様な事が、多々ありました。
多分、重度の障害がある人向けだと思います。
普通に、仕事が出来る人はこ～ゆう所には、行かない方がいいと思いました。
