この農園は、「働きたい」と願う障害者の方に生き生きと働ける場所を提供し、民間企業の障害者雇用を促進することを目的として、エスプールプラス社が運営しています｡
エスプールプラス社は、自社が保有している農園を企業に貸し出し、「障害者雇用の場」として活用してもらう画期的なシステムで、全国に事業展開しています。
2021年1月現在、全国22か所に農園があり、農園参入企業は332社、総勢2013名の障害者雇用を創出しているそうです。
「わーくはぴねす農園あいち春日井」は、春日井市神屋町の国道19号線からビニールハウスが見える場所にあります。

This farm is operated by S-Pool Plus, Inc. with the aim of providing a place where people with disabilities who want to work can work lively and promoting the employment of people with disabilities in private companies.
S-Pool Plus is expanding its business nationwide with an epoch-making system that rents out its own farms to companies and uses them as "places for employment of persons with disabilities."
As of January 2021, there are 22 farms nationwide, and there are 332 companies entering the farm, creating a total of 2013 employment for persons with disabilities.
"Waku Happiness Farm Aichi Kasugai" is located in a place where you can see the greenhouse from Route 19 in Kagiya-cho, Kasugai City.

３月に体験で、お世話になりました。
４日間だったけど色んな不安があり、２日間にしました。
私が辞退した理由は、コロナ関係でちゃんとしていなかったのと?
以前、利用していた就労支援の人達が何人かいて、嫌な思いをしました。
悪い事をしていないのに、いちいち職員さんに報告しなきゃいけないのが、一番嫌でした。
今は、違う作業所に通っています。
