★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店は外から見ると古い感じですが、店内は綺麗で清潔感がありました。北の地域では、味噌煮込みうどんを提供している店は知らず、私はこちらで初めて食べたのが初めてでした。
味噌煮込みうどんは、あつあつ味噌の出汁、お味も濃くてインパクトが強烈。しかし、個人的には醤油風味の方が好きだなというのが分かった瞬間でもありました。何とも忘れられない記憶に残るお食事でした。

やや高く感じますが、納得感あるおいしさです。
こしのあるうどん、肉厚でネギシャキシャキのカツ丼、美味しいです。
炭水化物爆弾、たまの贅沢ですね。

味噌煮込みうどん松橋です。
定食はとても量が多く味も濃いので、汗を掻く働き盛りの若者には嬉しいボリュームだと思います。
調味料に頼った味付けなのか料理全般で味は濃く、蕎麦つゆはかなり甘めです。
濃い味付けとご飯等のボリュームも相まって、食後はかなり強めの睡魔に襲われますので、車の運転をされる方は食べ過ぎに注意しましょう。
料理のボリュームに比例して値段は高めで、殆どのメニューが¥1000以上します。
消費税増税に伴ってほぼ一律¥100値上げされているので、昔から通っていた自分としては敬遠気味になりました。
店の入口に喫煙スペースがありますが、換気扇を通ってニオイが店内に入ってくるため、タバコが苦手な方は入り口から遠い席の利用をオススメします。

イメージで座敷とテーブル席で
わかれております！！
店員さんは2人で回しており、
女性の方は気さくで仕事が早い‼︎
メニューは選びづらいほど多く、
いざ頼んでみるとボリュームも凄い‼︎

コスパも良く提供スピードも良く普通に美味しい‼︎
昼間のランチに行きたくなりますね。
