ランチは角煮丼とローストポーク丼の2種類のメニューのようです。
角煮丼食べましたがお肉も柔らかく煮卵も美味しかったです。
グーグルマップでクチコミ投稿すると、人数分のレモンスカッシュがもらえます。
一つ難点は丼皿が小さいのでもう少し大きいと良いと感じました。

ただ頑張ってるのは分かるのですが、お店の公式のインスタのタグ付けが#岡崎ランチ#蒲郡など、関係ない地域のハッシュタグを乱用しないで欲しいです。迷惑です。
The atmosphere of the shop was good, and the limited roast pork bowl and Kakuni bowl were delicious!
I know I'm doing my best, but I hope that the official Instagram tagging of the shop will not abuse hashtags of unrelated areas such as # Okazaki lunch # Gamagori. It's annoying.

13時過ぎに行ったら数量限定のローストポーク丼が売り切れで食べられなかったので、角煮丼を頂きました。ローストポーク丼のほうが食べたかったのですが、こちらの角煮がとろっとろで最高です。卵とよく合いました。豚汁のお肉も大きめで、具沢山で美味しいです。
出された時、思ったより丼の器が小さい？と感じましたが、食べ出してみると思ったより量がありました。おなかいっぱいになれる、肉がくど過ぎない程よいボリュームで、お肉とお米の比率が丁度良かったので気持ちよく完食出来ました！
食べる際には取り皿を頂けたので食べにくいということは無かったです。お肉が柔らかいので箸で簡単に食べやすい大きさに切ることができますが、お肉用のハサミも使えたのがとても良かったです。
次は早めの時間に伺い、ローストポーク丼を食べてみたいと思いました。

When it was served, was the bowl smaller than I expected? I felt that, but there was more than I thought I would eat it. The volume was so good that I could fill my stomach and the meat wasn't too heavy, and the ratio of meat to rice was just right, so I was able to finish the meal comfortably!
When I ate it, I got a plate so it wasn't difficult to eat. Since the meat is tender, you can easily cut it into pieces that are easy to eat with chopsticks, but it was great that you could also use scissors for meat.
Next time, I visited early and wanted to eat a roast pork bowl.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 愛環の三河豊田駅から歩いて５分ほどの場所に２０２０年５月７日にオープンしたお店、名古屋で話題の豚肉料理のお店の２号店ということみたいですね、コチラの豊田店は一本屋という焼肉店を昼だけ間借りしての営業というカタチのようです。店内はテーブルと掘りごたつ席合わせて８卓チョットといった席数、１１時の開店間もない時間に入ったので先客は３組でしたがすぐに満席になってしまいました、さすがに人気のようですね。
メニューは自家製ローストポーク丼と丸ごと１本角煮丼の２種類、どちらも豚汁とサラダが付いて税抜き１４５０円です。角煮も大好きなのでどちらも魅力的ではありましたが数量限定という自家製ローストポーク丼の方を注文です。
断面が美しいピンク色のお肉は長期間低温熟成させたお肉なので決して生というわけではなく中までしっかりと火が入っています。写真では大きな丼でものすごいボリュームなのかと見えましたが実際には器はそれほど大きくはないですね、それでも山盛りに盛られたご飯にすごく厚みがあるローストポークがこぼれんくらいにたっぷりと盛られているのでボリュームたっぷりには間違いないですけどね。ただビジュアル的には申し分ないですがチョット食べづらくはありますね、割った卵も一部は丼の外に流れ出てしまいましたし(笑)
できればお肉を一時避難させる場所があるとうれしいかも。
お肉はすごく柔らかくて甘めのとの相性もバツグン、時折感じられるニンニクもいい仕事しています。それに真ん中に乗っている生卵もたまらないですね、濃厚な卵とタレとのハーモニーがたまりません、あと何気に豚汁も美味しかったです。
今度は名古屋のお店にもお邪魔して角煮丼をいただきたいですね、ごちそうさまでした。

The pink meat with a beautiful cross section is not a raw meat because it has been aged for a long time at low temperature, and it has a firm fire inside. In the photo it seemed like a big bowl with a big volume, but the bowl is not really big, yet the rice on the heap is full of roast pork with a lot of thickness So it's definitely full of volume. However, it's visually perfect, but it's hard to eat chot, and some of the broken eggs have flowed out of the bowl (laughs).
It would be nice if there was a place to temporarily evacuate the meat.
The meat is so tender and sweet that it goes great with the sweetness, and the garlic that I sometimes feel is a good job. The raw egg in the middle is also irresistible, the harmony between the thick egg and the sauce is irresistible, and the pork soup was also delicious.
Next time I would like to visit a shop in Nagoya and have a Kakuni-don, which is a treat.

めちゃくちゃ美味しかったです！！！！ごはんは焼肉屋さんによくある硬めのごはんで、それよりも柔らかいお肉と焼肉のタレ風の味付けがおいしすぎた…見た目から脂ギッシュかな？と思ってましたが、全然そんな事なく意外とサッパリとしてました。一緒に付いてた豚汁?お汁も美味しくて、温まりました。お一人でやられてるからか、料理がくるまでやや待ちました。
