焦	焦土とかす胃 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 柔らかい味噌煮込みを探して、徘徊中に発見。何度か入店したが、山菜うどんと味噌煮込み、餡掛け風のうどん等を注文。店は田舎のうどん屋の小綺麗な感じ。うどんに関しては、コシの概念をあまり持たない人間でも美味いと感じる歯応えの有るがスルスルと食べたくなる、麺がなかなか素人でも美味いと感じる。また麺に、派手な盛り合わせも無くただただ麺に合うトッピングがしてある、普通を極めたうどん。しかし、うどん食べに来た人間には、これ以上の充足感は無いだろうとシンプルに美味しさを突き詰めた味である。個人的に山菜うどんは、実に餡と絡みあって美味しかった。アレだけ量があるのに満足感を感じて帰れる、美味しさ実に美味しかったです。 I found it while loitering in search of a soft miso stew.
