This is No.11 place, namely Deep Tama River. Must be a real SECRET spot which I wouldn't disclose to other people. Here you can enjoy a quiet walk along River TAMA or taste a nice flavored coffee otherwise challenge rafting on the river. It'd take 3 hrs+ by car from Shinjuku, a west district of the central TOKYO.
