★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Windows10でHD革命CopyDrive Ver5（ArkLauncher Version 1.1.3.3）をここ数年使っていました。ハードディスクのコピー中エラーが発生したので、キャンセルしたところ、PCのWindows10が立ち上がらなくなりました。PCにはWindows10修復メニュが出るので、それを試みましたが、すべてダメでした。HDDを外して、USB経由外部ディスクとして中身を見てみると、WINDOWSが入っていると思われる場所のファイルシステムがNTFSではなく、RAWになってしまっています。HD革命でハードディスクのコピー途中キャンセルボタンを押して、終了した結果、PCのWindowsが立ち上がらなくなったのは、これで2度目です。結局リプラス秋葉原に持ち込んでデータをピックアップしてもらいました。対応もよく、費用も何とか出せる金額でした。リプラスをお薦めします。
I've been using HD Drive CopyDrive Ver5 (ArkLauncher Version 1.1.3.3) on Windows 10 for the past few years. An error occurred while copying the hard disk, so when I canceled it, Windows 10 on the PC did not start up. I got a Windows 10 repair menu on my PC, so I tried it, but it didn't work. When I remove the HDD and look at the contents as an external disk via USB, the file system at the location where WINDOWS seems to be is RAW instead of NTFS. This is the second time that Windows on the PC has stopped booting as a result of pressing the Cancel button in the middle of copying a hard disk in the HD revolution and exiting. After all, I brought them to Replus Akihabara and had them pick up the data. The response was good and the cost was manageable. We recommend Riplus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MacBookProを使用していましたが、DVDを挿入後、突然固まってしまいました。AppleStore銀座に持ち込み修理を依頼しましたが、DVDは取り出されたものの、本体のHDはもうダメですと言われてしまいました。
仕方なく新たな機種を購入。
ただ、これまでのデータでバックアップが取れていない重要なデータがあり、ネットで御社を見つけ、ダメ元で依頼しました。
結果、メーカーが諦めたデータを御社は見事復旧してくれました。お金の問題でなくお客様との信頼に繋がるデータでしたので本当に感謝しています。
