★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 旧式なMACのSCSI外付けハードディスクが読み込めなくなり困っていたのですが、他ではあまり良い回答がされませんでした。しかしこちらではちゃんと対応して頂き、無事に復旧できました。
秋葉原店に持ち込みましたが、対応も丁寧でとても助かりました。
 I was having trouble reading the old-fashioned MAC SCSI external hard disk, but I didn't get a very good answer elsewhere. However, I received a proper response here, and I was able to recover safely.
I brought it to the Akihabara store, but the response was polite and very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GW直前に業務用PCが故障。数社に確認しましたが復旧するまでの期間の短さ、出張診断等の初期対応の早さからこちらに修理をお願いしました。
予想よりも早く修理が終わり、復旧したデータも完璧でした。また何かあればお願いしたいと思います。
Business PC broke down just before GW. I checked with several companies, but I asked them to repair it because of the short time to recovery and the quick initial response such as business trip diagnosis.
Repairs were completed sooner than expected and the recovered data was perfect. I would like to ask if there is anything else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事で使用しているUSBが認識しなくなってしまいました。
USBを挿すとPC画面がチカチカしてしまいどうにもならない。
見ていただいたときにフォーマットもできない状態との事でしたが、ダメ元でお願いしました。
中々連絡が来ず、半ば諦めておりましたが、95％回復できるとの連絡に耳を疑いました。
お金はかかりましたが、回復できた事が何よりもビックリでした。

The USB used at work is no longer recognized.
When I plug in the USB, the PC screen flickers and I can't help it.
When I saw it, it was said that I could not format it, but I asked for it because it was bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この夏の暑さでサーバがクラッシュ。。。親切丁寧に対応していただきました。ハードディスクが重症だったにも関わらず、データは完璧に復元できていました。主に官公庁や大企業との取引が多く、正直、復旧料金は安いとは言いにくいですが、イザというときとても頼りになる企業です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RAID10で運用していたのに、2台目のHDDが故障するまで気づかず自力復旧が不可能になりました。最初はソフマップに持ち込んだのですが、作業を再委託しているので、障害の程度や見積もりを出すだけで2-3週間かかると言われたので、その場でグーグル検索でこちらを見つけて電話しました。祝日の夜だったのに店舗に居られて、HDDを預かってもらえたので助かりました。おそらく料金的には他の業者と大差ないとは思いますが、初期対応のスピードが速いことと、説明が丁寧なので安心して任せることができました。他の復旧業者のレベルはわかりませんが、情報を預けるわけで情報管理の水準も大事だと思います。
Even though I was operating with RAID10, I couldn't recover by myself without noticing until the second HDD failed. At first I brought it to Sofmap, but since I am subcontracting the work, I was told that it would take 2-3 weeks just to give an estimate of the degree of disability, so I found this on the spot by Google search and called Did. Even though it was a holiday night, I was able to stay at the store and have my HDD kept, which was helpful. Probably not much different from other companies in terms of price, but I was able to leave it with confidence because the initial response speed is fast and the explanation is polite. I don't know the level of other restoration companies, but I think that the level of information management is also important because we entrust information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ データディスクとして使っていたSeagateの500GBの内蔵ハードディスクが、突然認識されなくなったので、秋葉原オフィスに持ち込んで診断してもらったところ、ほんの少し待っている間に制御部の端子に近い部分に破損があると思われるとの診断をしていただきました。
自分がが予想していた内容通りであり、納得のいく丁寧な説明だったのでお任せすることにしました。
修復の難しさは素人にはわからないので、費用や修復の期間については適正なのかどうかは判断できないけれど、データはすっかりもとのまま戻ってきたので助かりました。
