ご存知かと思います。
☆が2つの理由として挙げられるのは、
・先ほどのように公道を走れないようにしてい

・その車で公道を走っていたのを自分が目撃し
たから。(違法です‼︎)
という点です。
正直、☆ 0でいいと思います。
