★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 特養(老人ホーム)、ケアハウス、グループホーム、ショートステイ、デイサービス、居宅介護支援(ケアマネ)と一式揃った、市内最大の施設。確かにこの規模と職員数では家庭的という表現は無理があるが、職員の連携は良い。デイサービスの送迎時の申し送り内容は、1時間後にはケアマネも把握し、必要な手配がされている。田園にビルが唐突に現れる光景は、迷うことはないが少々目立つ。市営粒江団地からすぐ。
