★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここのヤマトは駐車場がいつも一杯
何故に人気なのか一度荷物を送るのに入ってみた。
しかし、お客様が多く待たされる。
メルカリの荷物だったので、タブレットで
出来る事を思いだし、タブレットで出荷処理をしようとすると、QRコードが読まない
仕方なく手入力で番号をいれて操作は完了。
しかし、この後また待たされる。
中々うまくいかないのに何故？こんなに
人気なのか？わからない。
不思議な場所でした。
今後メルカリの荷物はコンビニで出すことにします。

さらに別の日は、金額を間違えたと駐車場までスタッフが追いかけて来ることもあり。
どうなってるのかな？？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 海外宅急便の事で訪問したが、散々待たされたあげく、自分で電話して聞けと、電話番号を教えるだけ。以前は、窓口の人が電話をしてくれて、取り次いでくれたが、店長が代わったのか、対応最悪。一般の国内宅急便しか、ここは対応力ない。
海外宅急便を出す時は、違うセンターに行く。

タブレットでの伝票作成はプリンターとの接続状況が悪くてなかなか出力できないことが何回かありました。
でも、受付対応やセールスドライバーのかたは親切です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 倉敷市平田にあった営業所がなくなったのでこちらに初めて来ました。Amazonの返品はネコピットで伝票手書き不要ですぐできました。やり方を従業員さんがテキパキ教えて下さって助かりました。
