その時にセンチュリー21パキラハウス雑司が谷店さん管理の物件があったので物件探しのお世話をしていただきました。
事務所の雰囲気は内装も綺麗で明るくとても入りやすい店舗でスタッフさんも皆さん優しくて丁寧な接客をして頂きました。
第一候補だった物件に引っ越す事ができとても良かったです。

The atmosphere of the office is beautiful, bright and very easy to enter, and all the staff were kind and polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雑司ヶ谷駅近くで物件を探していて、パキラハウス雑司ヶ谷店さんにお世話になりました。担当の方含め、何人かのスタッフの方にお目にかかりましたが、どなたも温かいお人柄で、安心してお部屋探しを任せられました。担当の方は雑司ヶ谷近辺の事情に詳しく、小学校や保育園のことなど、たくさん相談に乗ってくださって本当にありがたかったです。
スーモなどのネット情報を見ていると、同じ物件でも礼金があったりなかったり家賃が高かったり安かったりとありますが、私に紹介してくださったのはどれも一番お得に借りれる情報でした！
今回は、娘の保育園の入園申し込みに間に合わせたいと言う、非常にタイトなスケジュールでの部屋探しで、ご無理をたくさん申し上げた上に、部屋探しも結構難航したにもかかわらず、いつもとても丁寧に対応してくださいました！娘にも良くしてくださり、感謝感謝です。無事、入園申し込み期日に間に合って賃貸借契約を結ぶことができました。本当にありがとうございました。

This time, I was looking for a room on a very tight schedule, saying that I wanted to make it in time for my daughter's nursery school admission application. Thank you for responding to!
