★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 人の判断能力が弱っているのをいいことにカスみたいな投資用物件を契約させようとする最低の不動産屋です。結果ここの社長に100万円騙し取られました。騙し取ったお金返してください！！このような出来事があったにもかかわらず、ラインからお友達追加の申請をしてきた。どういう頭の構造しているのか、神経を疑います。ラインでそのことを告げたら、未だにあの物件は質の良い物件だったのに、と言い放つ始末。30年後も同じ賃料を得られる、と初めて勧められた時に言っていたが、建物は経年劣化するという根本的な事実を無視し、そういう嘘までついて物件を売ろうとするとほぼ詐欺に近い商法。そんなにいい物件なら自分で買えば？という話です。
