・内見から契約までのスピードが早い
・予算に見合った物件の質が良かった
・家賃がクレジットカード払いok(エポスカード契約必須、しかし振り込み手数料ゼロ)
・担当方は気さくな方で好印象しかなかった(Kさんありがとうございました)
・サポート(有償)充実(2021年、コロナ禍真っ只中だったため、部屋の修理対応に3,4ヶ月位待ちました。)
こんな感じですかね。
少し急ぎの案件にも関わらず丁寧な接客が好印象でした。
エイブルさん、引き続き何かありましたら宜しくお願いします。
I will list the good points of this store.
・ The speed from preview to contract is fast
・ The quality of the property was good for the budget
・ Rent is ok to pay by credit card (Epos card contract required, but transfer fee is zero)
・ The person in charge was friendly and had a good impression (Thanks to Mr. K)
・ Full support (paid) (In 2021, we were in the midst of a corona disaster, so we waited for about 3 or 4 months to repair the room.)
Is it like this?
I was impressed with the polite customer service despite the urgent project.

たくさん内見していたため疲れ果ててましたが(内見って意外と疲れます)、事前に条件を伝えていたため来店時にはしっかり準備いただいてました。
条件通りの物件はもちろんですが、目線を変えてびっくりするような物件を見つけていただき即決しました！
各不動産会社は同じシステムで物件探しをしている事は知っているので、会社や個人で変わると実感しました。
最後に店内が「THE事務所」な作りなので、今風にしたら幅広い客層が取り込めるのではないかと感じました。

I wasn't convinced at the other 2 stores, so I asked them to look for it at our store!
I was exhausted because I had a lot of previews (I was surprised to see it), but I had to prepare well when I came to the store because I had told the conditions in advance.
Not to mention the properties that meet the conditions, but I was asked to find a property that surprised me by changing my perspective and decided immediately!
I know that each real estate company is searching for properties with the same system, so I realized that it will change depending on the company or individual.
Lastly, the interior of the store is "THE office", so I felt that it would be possible to attract a wide range of customers if it were made modern.

The correspondence of the staff is very good. It's easy to talk to, and it's good to understand our intentions and recommend from the other person's point of view, and it's a very pleasant customer service.
