S	Saki Kame on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 物件が決まるまでは親切に応対してくれますが、決まってからの対応はとてもずさんです。大家さんとの契約の審査を通すために、軽微な嘘をつくよう強要してくる。契約の詳細をいつまでたっても連絡してこないのに、初期費用の支払いを先に催促してくる。ライフラインの開通手続きを早めにしたいと連絡してもレスポンスがとても遅い。挙げればキリがないですが、契約さえ取ってしまえばあとはどうでもいいというような態度が見受けられます。他にもいい不動産屋はたくさんあるのに、わざわざこんな業者を使ってしまった事がとても悔しいです。ちなみに、某サイトの不動産屋口コミで評価が高かったのでここを選んだのですが、後々よく見てみたら「口コミを投稿する場合は各不動産屋に問い合わせてください」と注意書きしてあったので、そのサイトは悪い評価の口コミが投稿しにくい仕組みになっていました。今度から不動産屋の口コミを調べるときはその点も注意したいと思います。 He / she responds kindly until the property is decided, but the response after decision is very sloppy.
