★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 天慶３年(940)天慶の乱に敗れ討たれた平将門の妹が比丘尼坂で比丘尼となって庵を結び，茶屋を開いて道行く人に甘酒を売ったと伝えられています。
比丘尼亡き後に塚をつくり碑を建て供養としたそうです。
その塚碑は今，ここ善応寺境内に移転されてあります。
死後も慕われる比丘尼、どのような方だったのでしょうか,塚碑をみるとその方のひとなりをしのぶことができます。
