★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東山道武蔵路跡の復元保存は、既に道路跡の大部分が住宅地となり、びっしり建物が建っている為、どうしても部分的な復元にならざるを得ません。
この武蔵国分寺跡北方地区の復元部分は、国分寺崖線の高台部分にあり、長さは５０ｍほどのごく短い復元ですが、古代の建設当初から、その後の道路の経緯が良く路面に表現されており、秀逸です。
開放感のある明るい古代道路跡の復元です。
また、武蔵国分寺の聖域に悪霊等が入ってこないよう、祈ったと思われる祭祀跡の遺物も出土しています。
現在、農地になっている国分寺崖線下の部分も、一日も早い復元整備が待たれます。
Restoration and preservation of the remains of Musashi-ro, Higashiyama-do, has to be partially restored because most of the remains of the road have already become residential areas and buildings are densely built.
The restored part of the northern area of the Musashi Kokubunji site is on the hill of the Kokubunji cliff line, and it is a very short restoration of about 50 m in length, but from the beginning of ancient construction, the history of the road after that is well expressed on the road surface. It is excellent.
It is a restoration of a bright ancient road trace with a feeling of openness.
In addition, relics of ritual sites that are believed to have prayed to prevent evil spirits from entering the sanctuary of Musashi Kokubunji have also been excavated.
The area under the Kokubunji cliff line, which is currently farmland, is expected to be restored and maintained as soon as possible.
