青葉台駅にある、すし遊洛。 駅ビルにあるお寿司屋さんのイメージは、高くてマズイ。でもこちらのお店は駅ビルなのにお寿司はうまいのだ。 恐らく注文を受けてから職人さんが一貫ずつ丁寧に握ってくれるからだろう。あと経営母体が京樽なので、刺身の品質が良い点があるかも知れない。 駅ビルだからか、平日でもお昼は割と混雑する。カウンターやテーブル席などあるが、あっという間に満席・待ち状態になることも珍しくない。 それも影響してか、注文してからの提供時間が長いのだ。職人さん2人で握っているので、待たされることを覚悟しておいた方が良い。 それ以上に、フロアのアルバイトさんの接客レベルが低すぎる。お茶を出す・食器を下げる・注文を取る・お会計をする、のすべてに時間が掛かっていて段取りが悪い。 これはアルバイトさんの人数が少ないことと、教育不足が原因だと思う。接客さえ良ければ気持ちよく食事できるだけに、とても残念なお店という感想をもった。

That may have affected it, or the delivery time after placing an order is long. It is better to be prepared to wait because the two craftsmen are holding it. More than that, the customer service level of the part-time job on the floor is too low. Serving tea, lowering dishes, taking orders, and paying for everything is time consuming and the setup is poor. I think this is due to the small number of part-time workers and lack of education. I thought it was a very disappointing shop so that I could just eat comfortably if the service was good.

けして安くはないですが、おいしいです。お茶がなくなっていたのを見計らって店員さんが新しい湯飲みをもってきてくれました。

緊急事態宣言解除後初めて行きましたが酒の肴が劣化していて残念でした。 ほろ酔いセットはコストダウンで頼むメリットないくらいショボくなってました。 ワサビのツンツン漬けは辛くなくて塩っぱいだけ、筋っぽくて殆ど残しました。 サバの塩焼きは小さくて切れっ端みたいなのが二切れ出て来ましたが塩っぱすぎ焼きすぎ油っ気なしパサパサ、これが寿司屋かと思うレベルでした。 一番残念だったのはこの店でいつも頼む私の大好きな鯵フライが、今日はありませんと言われたこと、鯵がないって寿司屋かよ! 最後に頼んだ巻物は今まで通りでしたので酒さえ飲まなければマアマアかと思います。

とにかく席はけっこうテーブル席が空いているにもかかわがずカウンター越しに、大きな声で「番号札を取って外で待っててください(しかも強い口調で)」と、表で5分くらい待たされた…どうやら平気に外でお客様を待たす、接客意識の低いお店(板前の)ですよ〜 席に着くと店員さんは平謝りで「人がいなかった」と言い訳していたが、店内の様子を知っててなのか、カウンター越しに言われた対応に怒り、怒りです。席が空いているならば、先ずはお客さまをお通しされては?外で平気に待たす?だったら順番待ちのイスくらい置いてよ(怒) 開店したころから、亡き母が父と好んできていたお店で、私たちも長く通っていています。コロナ禍もお酒の提供がなくても通っていましたが、とにかくこんな対応されては残念です。美味しい時もあればダメな時もあります、駅ビルという利便性でよく行くお店でした。 あまりに残念だった板前、目印が顔にあったが名前も聞いちゃいました(怒) …ここは他にも何件か(?)お店があるらしいです。板前が変わるお店です。いい板前さんに当たるといいのかもしれません… 滅多に怒ることのない妻が、今回は大怒り?でした。

定期的に利用させていただいております。 写真の撮影が下手くそだけど実物はこの画像の8倍くらい美味しそう見えます。 ランチの忙しい時間帯なので多少待たされはしましたが、その待ち時間を忘れさせてくれる味です。 感動したのがシャリとネタがちゃんと一体化してるのです。 よくこんな握り方ができるものだと感心すると同時に職人さんの技術は凄いものだと思いました。 そしてなんと言ってもランチタイムのこのクオリティにしてこの価格。正直コスパよすぎです。 書き込んでたらまた行きたくなってきました。

I’m bored eating in 100en kaiten sushi, so I give this restaurant a try. I usually spend 1,000 yen in kaiten sushi, with around the same price strangely I feel more satisfied here ? I definitely will go here more often in future.
