★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一般的にはそうでは無いのかも知れませんが私にとってどうもこの手のお店はオシャレで入り辛い雰囲気なので今まで入店を躊躇ってました。
私の前にサラリーマン風の男性客の方が入店したのを見て勇気付けられて入ってみたらオシャレな主婦・OLさん以外に男性客2人連れや単独のサラリーマンの
方も多くいらっしゃったので安心しました。
ランチメニューの「絶品カルボナーラ（生クリームは使ってません。）」を注文しました。
提供時間は予想より早く5分ほどでしょうか？生パスタなので乾麺より早く茹で上がるのでしょう。
ブラックペッパーの香りのソースの香りが食欲をそそります、味は生クリーム無しでもシッカリとコクと重みがあり生パスタのコシに負けていなくて満足です。
窓際のカウンター席も見た感じより実際腰掛けてみると狭い感じがなく動坂と不忍通りの交差する往来を眺めながら楽しく食事出来ます。
他の方も指摘してますが量はもう少し欲しいところですね。
入りやすく適度に明るくパスタの種類も多く提供時間も早いので様々なお客さんが利用しやすいお店と言った印象を受けました。

I ordered "excellent carbonara (no fresh cream)" for lunch menu.
Is the delivery time about 5 minutes earlier than expected? Because it is raw pasta, it will be boiled earlier than dry noodles.
The aroma of the source of the black pepper makes you have a good appetite, and the taste is good without being overwhelmed by the raw pasta, which has a weight and texture even with no fresh cream.
If you look at the counter seat by the window, you can enjoy a meal while watching the crossing of the moving slope and the Shinobu Street without feeling a narrow feeling when you actually sit down.
Other people have also pointed out that the amount is a bit more desirable.
It's easy to enter, and the type of pasta is plenty, so many types of pasta are served early, so I received the impression that it was an easy-to-use store for various customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お昼のランチにお邪魔しました。タラコのパスタを戴きましたが美味しかった！「ちょこっとワイン」が昼酒にはサイコーでお代わりしてしまいました。

想像してた生パスタと違った。太めちぢれでモチモチしてるのかと思ったけど、普通の乾麺茹でたものと大差感じなかった。
The taste is quite thin.
It was different from the raw pasta I had imagined. I thought it was thick and chewy, but it didn't feel much different from the normal dried noodles.

評価はそこに1星(笑)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とにかく味が薄かったです。。トマトパスタを戴きましたがトマトソースほぼ無しの薄い赤っぽい色で、ベーコンと一緒に食べないと塩味を感じないレベルでした。パスタ麺自体は生パスタかなと認識できます。しかしソースが薄すぎて。。健康的な味付けだと思いますが、お年寄り向けかなと思います。今ままで食べた中で最も味の薄い料理でした。お店の対応は良かったので頑張って頂きたいです。
Anyway, the taste was light. .. I had tomato pasta, but it was a light reddish color with almost no tomato sauce, and I could not feel the saltiness unless I ate it with bacon. You can recognize that the pasta noodles themselves are raw pasta. But the sauce is too thin. .. I think it's a healthy seasoning, but I think it's for the elderly. It was the lightest dish I had ever eaten. The store's response was good, so please do your best.
