m	mineaki naito on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ デナーのコースでお伺いしました。前菜に添えてあった、洋梨のソースが、チーズとテリーヌにものすごくマッチしてました。魚料理は、表面は歯ごたえあるように、しっかりと焼き、白身の部分は柔らかく、そこにある、このソースが海老のみそらしく、臭みもなく、パンがあったらソースに絡めて美味しく食べれそうです。お肉は、子牛の五歳位の料理で、柔らかくて美味しかったです。デザートのパンナコッタは、濃厚で食感が最高でした。コーヒーは、エスプレッソで、珈琲豆を13種類ブレンドしてまろやかなコーヒーに仕上げてました。サービスの方に、コーヒーを少し残して下さいと言われ、後程食後酒のグラッパを少し入れて飲みました。おしゃれな飲み方です。 I visited you in Denner's course.
