品揃えに不安がありましたが、
朝一でも数種類ありました。
ドアを開けると、奥から男性が出てきました。
店主でしょうか。
商品はレジ前に、
既にパッケージングされているので、
手で近くにあったトレーにのせます。
迷っていると、その男性が説明してくださいます。
全体的に軽いタイプで、穴も大きく、他店と比べると生地は半分くらいの量かな。
引きは強いけど柔らかい、ニューヨークベーグルとは違いますが、ベーグルベーグルほどふかふかじゃないので、これはこれで美味しいです。
・ブレーン ¥150(税込)
国産小麦『春よ恋』『キタノカオリ』を2種類つかっているそう。
ほんのり甘く、砂糖とは違う甘味に感じたのですが、
鹿児島の未精製の生砂糖を使っているそうなのでそのせいでしょうか？
もちもちふかふか。
無添加で拘りを持って作られているお店です。
・北欧 ¥220
かなりクセがあります。
カルダモンとシナモンでしょうか、香りが凄い！
スパイスの香りと甘さ、ジャリジャリザラメと細かいアーモンド。
新鮮です。
・ダブルチーズ ¥220
チェダーチーズの香りがしっかりして、濃厚。
・よもぎあん ¥220
よもぎの香りがしっかり。
つぶ餡も豆感がちゃんとあって、よもぎ大福みたい。
・カレーチーズ ¥220
プライドオニオンが甘苦く、チーズがミルキー。
カレーの香りもしっかり。
今回は期待していた品揃えではなかったのですが、
また違う時間に覗いてみようと思います。

雨の日ですが、近所の方がベーグルを買いに寄りに来る愛されベーグル店でした。
また寄ります〜。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ テイクアウトでハラペーニョチーズ、プレーン、全粒粉を買ってみました。
ハラペーニョチーズは軽く焼いて食べましたが、ピリ辛でワインと良く合いました。
プレーンは朝トーストし、あんこバターをサンドしましたが、こちらもサクサクと軽い食べごたえでおいしく頂きました。
もっちりと生地の重いベーグルではなく、サクサクとわりと軽い食べ心地のベーグルです。
小さめのベーグルですが、3個購入で520円。
この味わいならコスパも良いと思います。

北欧はカルダモンの風味なのか、独特な清涼感とカレーのようなスパイス香る複雑な味わいでした。シナモンとの相性が良かったです。人によっては薬っぽさを感じるかもしれません。
パンプキンは優しい甘さで素朴です。かぼちゃあんが入っていますが、主張は強くないです。季節限定で10月いっぱいは置いていると思いますが、早めが吉です。
種類が多いので少しずつコンプリートしていきたいです。
