モッチモチ。 ペペロンチーノはオイルが立ち過ぎず、明太子との調和が絶！
ペンネのバジルソースもモチモチの硬さに、キノコやソースがタップリ！
スピガ風トマトソースベースのパスタも具がたっぷり。
お腹がすきすきの人は大盛りも行けますね！

A fresh pasta shop that my daughter recommended and came with my family.
Mochimochi. Peperoncino is not too oily and is out of harmony with mentaiko!
Penne's basil sauce is also chewy, and mushrooms and sauce are perfect!
The pasta based on spiga-style tomato sauce is also full of ingredients.
If you are hungry, you can go to a large serving!

メニューが多くて迷いますが、ハズレのない美味しさです。
半熟卵のアマトリチャーナとカルボマニアを注文。カルボマニアは根津店の限定とのこと。メニューにはカルボマニアの写真がなかったので、どんなものかドキドキしながら注文しました。
14時位の訪問でしたが、週末だからかほぼ満席。しかし、パスタはすぐに出てきました。
カルボマニアはとっても濃厚なお味。カルボナーラ好きにはたまらないかも。本当に濃厚！なので、クリーム感をより楽しみたい、ベーコンはごろごろ派という方は普通のカルボナーラが良いかも。ちょいと違うものが好き、濃厚なカルボナーラが食べたい！という方にはおすすめです。
もちろんアマトリチャーナも美味しくいただきました。
メニューがたくさんあるのでまた違うものを食べに行きたいです。

There are many menus and I am at a loss, but it is delicious without losing.
I ordered Amatrichana and Carbomania, which are half-ripe eggs. Carbomania is limited to the Nezu store. There was no picture of Carbomania on the menu, so I was thrilled to order what it was like.
It was a visit around 14:00, but it was almost full probably because it was a weekend. But the pasta came out soon.
Carbomania has a very rich taste. It may be irresistible for carbonara lovers. Really rich! So, if you want to enjoy the creamy feeling more, and if you are a bacon, you may want to use ordinary carbonara. I like something a little different and want to eat a rich carbonara! Recommended for those who say.
Of course, Amatrichana was also delicious.
There are many menus, so I want to go eat something different.
