A temple with beautiful hydrangeas.
It has a long history and seems to have something to do with the Date family.
The scenery of climbing the stairs to the precincts while watching the hydrangea is very nice.

I was allowed to go by a legal affair. There are only words of gratitude for listening to the chief priest. The priest's wife said that she was looking forward to the hydrangea blooming soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 万年寺として600年、瑞雲院として600年合わせて1,200年の歴史を誇るお寺です。本堂の扉には天皇家勅願寺の証しである「十六の菊」と足利幕府の「五七桐」が彫られている。伊達家との関わりも深く伊達家の九曜紋が寺紋になっている。
It is a temple that boasts a history of 1,200 years, including 600 years as a temple and 600 years as a Suiyunin. On the door of the main hall are carved "16 chrysanthemums" which is a witness of the Emperor House Bakugan-ji Temple and "the 5 seventy-six" of the Ashikaga Shogunate. The relationship with the Date family is also deeply related to the Date House crest.
