★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5年位前までクリスタ長堀にあったのですが、そこが閉店してからしばらく行く機会がありませんでした。
でも、今回パルコがオープンし、そのパルコの5階にありました！なので、早速お気に入りのフレームに新しいレンズを入れてもらいました。
対応してくださったスタッフの皆さん、全員素敵な方々ばかりで、大手チェーン店のスタッフさんが若い方ばかりなっていく中で、ちゃんと接客していただけるお店は本当に貴重です。
 I was in Crysta Nagahori about 5 years ago, but I haven't had a chance to go there for a while after it closed.
But this time PARCO opened and it was on the 5th floor of PARCO! So, I immediately asked him to put a new lens in his favorite frame.
All the staff who responded are wonderful people, and as the staff of major chain stores are becoming younger, it is really valuable to have a store that can serve customers properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新調したメガネの度数が合わなくて相談しに行きました。平日の昼間だったのでお客さんはいなく落ち着いた雰囲気。店員さんの対応はとても丁寧親切で、レンズについても分かりやすく説明してくれました。調整後のメガネは度数も問題なく相談しに行って正解でした。フレームの種類も豊富だったのでまた買いに行きたいと思います。
