I used to go there when I was a college student. I have been to more than 20 Jakuso including Morioka city, but the price, the size of the store, the quality of the table, etc. are all the strongest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今まで20〜30の雀荘に行きましたが、セットではここが1番です。フリーではなくセット専用で、1Fにあるお肉屋さんが雀荘を経営しています。店内には大部屋に卓が4つ(1500円/12h)、そして個室が2つ(1700円/12h)あります。この店の魅力は、店員さんが常駐していないため、リラックスして打てることです。気をつけていただきたい点は、フリードリンクサービスがないことですかね。
I've been to 20 to 30 Jakuso so far, but this is the best in the set. The butcher shop on the 1st floor runs Jakuso, which is not free but dedicated to sets. There are 4 tables (1500 yen / 12h) and 2 private rooms (1700 yen / 12h) in the large room. The attraction of this shop is that the clerk is not resident, so you can relax and hit. The point I would like you to be aware of is that there is no free drink service.
