K	Kari Kari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 水道管破裂で依頼。家に来ていただくと、「これから壊れた部分を見るが診断料2万円かかりますが良いですか？」とのことで了承してから作業に入ってもらった。今も水が出ている状態なのに、断る選択肢は出てこなかった。電話で説明してくれれば断ってたと思います。その後見積もりを頂き、電話でどこの部分が破裂しているのか詳しく聞いたところ、「どこが破裂しているかは工事をしてみないと分からない」とのこと。私は素人なので、2万円も診断料を払えばどこが壊れているのかは判るものかと勘違いしていました。その後他業者に相見積もりを出してもらいましたが他の二つの業者は診断料はかからず壊れている部分の特定と具体的な工事方法の説明がありました。 Requested for water pipe rupture.
