祖	祖是海座 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久々に星5✋ 海老つけ麺大盛。日曜開店直後数分で入店。すでにカウンターのみの客席は満席で待ち状態。回転早いのかな？と思いきやラーメン屋にしてはちょっと遅いかも。それもそのはず麺が極太。茹で時間が長い。しかも客のグループ員数を確認し、1席のみ空いてる席には2人連れの客をバラに座らせることはなく並んで座れるまでその後の単客まで待たせるという接客スタイル。ただその後かける声が嫌みではなく至極丁寧なので客ファーストで営業してる感が好印象。 BGMがミッシェルガンエレファントなのも渋い。なに？店長中年なの？つけ麺は普段は頼まないがここの麺は太くこくがありこしがある。海老をどれだけ使っているのかわからないがたった一口でクリーミーな浸けダレは鼻腔に海老を拡げてくれる。パスタでも使えるんじゃないかというほどクリーミーでマイルド。さらには半ライスが無料ときてる。つけ麺大盛+半ライスで950円のコスパは素晴らしい。サーブまでの時間を差し引いても、味コスパ、接客と満点にふさわしい。個人的には六厘舎より好きかも。甘めの味付けが好きな人にはいいかもしれない。次は普通のラーメンを頼んでみます。 5 stars after a long absence ✋ Large serving of shrimp tsukemen.
