★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2年半くらい通っていますが、インストラクターさんのレベルも高く、レッスン後の体の爽快感と心地良さはお墨付きです。毎レッスン後、体がとても気持ちよく整い、心まで元気になるのを実感してます！受付の方も丁寧で親切な方が多いので何でも相談できます。
雨や雪の日、疲れている日などはオンラインで受講したり、時々ヨガスタジオにも行ってます。コロナ禍でオンラインクラスがあるのはありがたいです。
フリー会員 (月額制、通い放題) だと回数制限ナシで、同じグレードのスタジオならピラティスでもヨガでも好きなところに通えます。
100歳になってもピラティス続けていきたいです！いつもありがとうございます。
I have been attending for about two and a half years, but the level of the instructor is high, and the refreshing feeling and comfort of the body after the lesson are endorsed. After each lesson, I feel that my body feels very comfortable and my heart is well! Many of the receptionists are polite and kind, so you can consult with us about anything.
On rainy, snowy, and tired days, I take classes online and sometimes go to yoga studios. I'm grateful to have an online class at Corona.
If you are a free member (monthly fee, unlimited attendance), you can go anywhere you like, whether it's Pilates or yoga, if you have a studio of the same grade.
I want to continue Pilates even when I turn 100! I am always grateful for your help.
