n	nana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1週間前にパンツの裾上げをお願いしました。出来上がりが4日後のとのことで配送をお願いしようと思いましたが、裾上げ代800円＋配送料800円かかるというので、先日再度取りに行きました。裾の長さだけ目視で確認をお願いされましたが、家に帰ると、1週間前の試着の時点でウエストに付いていたボタンが取れていることに気がつきました。リペアに時間がかかるのは知っていましたが、また近くもない距離（片道20km）を2往復するのは大変なので、電話で配送料だけでも負担してもらえないかと伝えました。しかし、電話では回答できず、まず持ってきてもらってからリペア後の配送料はそこでマネージャーと相談してほしいとのこと。ボタンが取れていたのはお店の落ち度なのに、購入者に対する申し訳なさや配慮が欠けているように感じました。海外ブランドなので仕方ないのかもしれませんが、とても残念な対応でした。 I asked you to raise the hem of your pants a week ago.
