★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日の午前中訪問。店員さんは1人で暇なのか、人が去るや否や服をたたみ直す。この時点で感じが悪い。気付くと店内が混み始め会計待ちが2組、試着待ちが3組。その間も店員さんは1人で接客(アプリか何かでの値引きの件を話してる)接客が終わり、やっとレジに向かうも試着待ちがいることには気付いておらず。待ちきれずに勝手に試着室に入るお客も…最終的に待ちくたびれたお客が試着の旨を伝えるとようやく奥にいた休憩中？始業前？の店員さんが出てきて応対。人件費削減でスタッフを減らしているのかもしれないが、これでは売り上げも下がり本末転倒でしょう。ロペピクニック自体は好きなので別の店舗に行きます。

When I noticed, the store started to get crowded, and there were 2 groups waiting for checkout and 3 groups waiting for fitting. During that time, the clerk was alone (talking about discounts with the app or something), and even though he finally went to the cashier, he didn't realize that he was waiting for a try-on. Some customers can't wait and enter the dressing room without permission ... When the tired customer finally tells them that they are trying on, are they taking a break in the back? Before the start of work? The clerk came out and responded. It may be that we are reducing the number of staff by reducing labor costs, but this will reduce sales and it will be overwhelming. I like the Lope picnic itself, so I go to another store.
