旧世代のカメラやレンズに関する店員さんの知識はあると思います。
接客も親切丁寧で好感が持てました。

結論から言うと、故障の内容にもよりますが、Apple正規店だからと言って、こちらに修理は依頼しない方がいいと思います。
充電器の先端が中折れで取れなくなってしまい、予約をして見てもらいました。
前もって取れない時は修理不可能であると聞いていました。少しお待ち下さいと、バックヤードにiPadを持って下がられた後、戻ってこられた時に先端が奥の方で折れているため取れない、修理不可能ですとの事。
保証期間も過ぎているので、代替品(新品)に交換か新しく購入するしかないと言われました。代替品でも約6万です。
新品にするなら契約している携帯会社で機種変更しようと思いましたが、iPad自体極端な品薄状態で機種変更も出来ません。
NEWCOMで代替品か別機種を新たに購入するには、出費が大き過ぎると思い途方に暮れてしまいました。
そこでApple正規店ではないスマホ修理店に持ち込んだところ、ものの10秒程で元通りに。
簡単に取れたので費用もいりませんとの事でした。
呆気に取られてしまいました。
こんな簡単な修理すら何故正規店でできないのでしょう。
新品を買わせようとする意図しか感じられません。
iPadやiPhoneの修理は二度と正規店にはお願いしないと思います。
