★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too many tourists but very few bus. I saw some of Tourists from Mainland China were cutting into bus waiting line . Shame on them. The staff was also too weak to stop those low-class people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A simple bus station with plenty of lockers for travellers. Note that the buses here tend to come 15 minutes ahead of schedule and leave earlier than expected. Come early or risk having to wait for the next bus. You can get your bus tickets back to Yamagata using the maching next to the ticket counter.
