★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前回乗車時にバイオテロもどきがいたためか、高速バスの最前列が乗車禁止に。
直接注意すると何があるかわからないご時世だから、誰も何も言えなかったので。
実際私や家族は風邪をうつされ、腹立たしい思いだ。
最前列好きとしては残念だが、乗務員さんの安全確保のためには最善の策だと思う。

Nobody could say anything because it was a time when I couldn't understand what would happen if I was careful directly.
In fact, I and my family have a cold and feel annoyed.

Worst experience ever! Left behind in the middle of nowhere! Bus stopped at a rest area for a restroom break. After using the restroom, I was walking towards the bus when the bus departed without me, all of my belongings including my wallet remained on the bus.
After talking to a rude gentleman on the phone, he claimed the bus waited 2 extra minutes for me, which of course is not true. JR company wouldn’t do anything to help me and told me that I have to find my own way home... knowing I don’t have a way to pay for a way home. As a foreigner in Japan, this can be quite scary.
I will never use JR again as they do not care about their customers!
