★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 窓口で蔵王温泉の湯めぐりこけし（\1,300-）を購入できます。付属のシールで温泉に入れるというのは普通ですが、余ったシールを一部店舗で商品券として使えたり、安価な追加料金で付属のこけしに絵付けができるなど他では見かけないユニークな商品だと思います。ちなみに、12:00～13:00は窓口が閉まっていますので購入できません。
ただ、この観光案内所の周囲に車を停められそうな場所が全くないことが結構厄介です。建物裏にスペースがあるように見えますが、バスが入ってくることから自家用車は進入禁止です。結局、側のガソリンスタンドの方に聞いて一時的に入口横に停めさせてもらいました。
