道の駅等で売っている500円の某プレミアソフトより断然美味しい。一度食べると他のソフトクリームの味が薄く感じます。
以前は街中に店を構えていましたが、こちらへ移転。春から秋にかけては小安峡でも営業しています。
The soft serve ice cream here is excellent.
It's much more delicious than the 500 yen premium software sold at roadside stations. If you eat it once, you can feel the taste of other soft serve ice creams.
I used to have a shop in the city, but I moved to this place. From spring to autumn, it is also open in Oyasukyo.

味は牛乳というよりは生クリームのよう。甘すぎずホイップクリームのような軽さで、後味もさっぱり
手焼きのワッフルコーンは厚めでガッツリ。私はあんまり好きじゃなかった

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日本一のソフトクリームはここに売ってます。ここを超えるソフトクリームを探しても、かれこれ20年以上は発見できずにいる。この生クリーム感、濃厚さ、まさに忘れられない味です。長寿軒に行った帰りにカウベルでソフトクリーム食べるのが、私のビクトリーロードです。
コロナ禍でなかなか訪問できず、私のストレスは爆発。ついにカウベルのアイスをふるさと納税しました。カウベルと湯沢に幸あれ。
The best soft serve ice cream in Japan is sold here. Even if I look for a soft serve ice cream that goes beyond this, I haven't been able to find it for more than 20 years. I couldn't visit because of the corona, and my stress exploded. Finally, I paid the cowbell ice cream as my hometown tax. Good luck to Cowbell and Yuzawa.
