予約をしていたのですが、予約予定日の前日に電話で『作る材料がないのですみません』という内容を伝えられました。予約をしていた物なのに、店の都合で用意できないというのはどういうことなのかと思います。
予約をした当日は確かに在庫があったので、取り置き出来なかったということはありえないのと思うのですが、本当に商売をする気があるのでしょうか？
常識的にあり得ない対応だと思うのでとても残念です。
今後は利用しません。

I had made a reservation, but the day before the scheduled reservation date, I was told by phone that "I'm sorry I don't have the ingredients to make." I wonder what it means that I couldn't prepare it because of the store's convenience, even though I had made a reservation.
I don't think it's possible that I couldn't reserve it because it was in stock on the day I made the reservation, but are you really willing to do business?
It's a shame because I think it's an impossible response in common sense.
I will not use it in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 向には庭園カフェもあり、お花の販売もしています。店内狭くて、繁忙期に行くと買う気も失せる程…人気なんですね。シュークリームがクリームもカスタードも皮も絶品！！星が一つマイナスなのは、全体的に小さくて値段設定が高めだからです。質より量の方は×だけど、質は確かです。夏はかき氷もあります。

The cream puff is excellent in cream, custard and skin! !! One star is negative because it is small overall and the price is high. ガーデンハックルベリーどら焼き…ガーデンハックルベリー（イヌホオズキの1種）のペーストがサンドされたどら焼きです。イヌホオズキは数種類あるのですが、食用にできるのはこのガーデンハックルベリーと呼ばれるものだけで、しかもそのままでは美味しくないそうです。ブルーベリーのような程よい甘さとふんわりとしたどら焼きが絶妙なマッチングです。
味噌どら…高善商店とのコラボ商店というどら焼き。高善商店とは、江刺区にある甘酒、麹、味噌、漬物などを取り扱う超老舗です。味噌と醤油の香りとコクがあります。あんは、つぶあんです。
ギモーブパッション…マシュマロのようなお菓子ですが、普通のマシュマロのように少し残らず、口に入れるとすぐに溶けてしまいます。
