Went for lunch with my husband, daughter and 2 year old son. Though our 2 year old was crying hysterically, (he was getting tired and sleepy for the afternoon nap) my husband was trying to get him to stop crying. I pressed the bell to order but no one came to our table. I thought they missed it so pressed again. I saw one wait stuff pressed the button to erase my table bell sign. Then an old lady came and told us “we have other customers, so please (leave)” Speechless. Just speechless. There were only 2 other tables occupied. I did not see them complaining. As we leave, I told the old lady “I apologize for my son,(though I really didn’t meant it. Kids cry, that’s what they do.) but we just wanted to enjoy our lunch, and honestly with this treatment I don’t think we want to come back here ever again.” But what was most upsetting was that as I spoke, she spoke and said “yes yes yes yes yes yes yes...” like she had zero intention to listen to what I had to say. It was the worst restaurant experience ever in my life. =============== 全くおすすめしません。特に子連れの方はおすすめしません。子供連れで食事に出かけて初めて追い出されました。すごく失礼な対応で、もう二度と行きたくありません。夫と子供2人(11歳と2歳)でランチに行きました。ちょうどお昼寝前だったこともあり2歳の子がぐずり出していました。でも夫がどうにかあやし、私は娘とメニューを先に選んでオーダーをしようとテーブルにあったベルを押しましたが誰もオーダーをとりにきませんでした。聞こえなかったのかな？ともう一度押すと、奥でスタッフの1人が私達のテーブルサインの点滅を消すのが見えました。するとその後すぐに奥から年配の女性が出てきて「他のお客様もいますのですみませんが(お帰りください」と出口に誘導されました。あまりに突然な出来事に驚きそのまま店を出ましたが、あまりに理不尽な対応に怒りが収まらずもう一度戻り「子供が泣いていたことは申し訳なかったけど(本心は全然そんなこと思ってないけど。子供は泣くものです。)普通に食事を楽しみたかっただけなのに、もう二度と来ません」と伝えると、私が喋っているのを遮るように「はいはいはいはいはいはいはい…」とまともに聞き入れる姿勢ゼロ。よく行っていたお店だし、悪い評判など本当は書きたくないですが、この客を馬鹿にするような対応には正直驚きショックを受けました。全くおすすめしません。
