春の山菜うこぎのフライのほろ苦い味はソースと良くあっていた。大鰐温泉もやしはみずみずしく、締めのスープはほっこりした味で美味しかった。感想として、全体的に肉がとても美味しい。良い肉を素材そのままの味を活かしているので、くどくなく好み。

以前マスターのお母様が同じビルの8階で系列店をしていたのですが、最近1階のカウンターのみのお店と8階が入れ替わり少しリニューアルした模様です。
1階ではリーズナブルなお値段で串揚げ等が頂けました。
8階で最近行く度に頂いたのは
アペタイザーセット
ローストビーフサラダ
穴子と三つ葉のキッシュ
フォアグラのテリーヌ
もちろんステーキ
他も季節に応じておススメメニューから
何品か頂きますが
いつもお腹がはち切れるくらい
食べてしまいます。
私のお気に入りはフォアグラ！添えてあるジャムやお塩やパンとのマリアージュが完璧です。
Takeuchi is delicious no matter what you eat.
