ただ、駅周辺とか繁華街とかだと訪問先に
遅れてしまうので、その途中で。
ということで訪問したのが、こちら。
カウンター5席、テーブル2卓、
こじんまりとた佇まい。八昌さんから
代々受け継がれている味とのこと。
肉玉そば、注文！キャベツたっぷり、麺も
良い感じ。一体感があって美味しい。
長い時間、アツアツなのも良いですね。
そばシングルでも充分にお腹いっぱい。
ソース、マヨネーズ、一味など、
それこそ調味料で味をお好みで
アレンジして、最後まで楽しめます。
美味しかった。ご馳走さまでした❗

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 標準でも野菜が多めでボリュームがある。麺は袋麺を使わず磯野生麺を大釜で茹でて入れる。ソースもこだわりがあるようで八昌の流れの家系図が貼ってあった。美味しい訳だ。
自分勝手な考えだけどこの手の店はあまり知られて有名になったら混雑してしまう(じゃあ投稿するなよ)というジレンマに陥るが広島人のソールフードで繁華街にある有名店でなく郊外近所にある個人のお気に入りのお店として大事にしたい。
Even the standard has a lot of vegetables and a lot of volume. For noodles, boil Iso wild noodles in a cauldron without using bag noodles. The source seems to be particular, and the family tree of the Yasho style was posted. It's delicious.
It's just a selfish idea, but if the store is so well known and famous, it will be crowded (don't post it), but it's a Hiroshima people's sole food, not a famous store in the downtown area, but a suburban neighborhood I want to cherish it as a personal favorite shop in Hiroshima.

出来上がったお好みは歴史を感じる正統派！

八昌を知らなくても十分満足出来るお店です

夕方17時～19時にはなってるがこれも18時30分ぐらいな感じになってる。
味は最高で間違いない。
今は見習いさんが居るときがあるが基本的には１人で焼いてるので、お客が多かったら大変な時があります。
